One-Hole Self Adjustable Compression Latch

When closing, the locking tongue moves along the thread locking rod until it snaps into the door frame, and then it is rotated to adjust the applied compression force. To open, rotate slightly, release the compression and rotate the latch to disengage it from the door frame. The hand actuating handle is used for textured surface to adapt to the hand holding tool actuating type, which provides additional safety for limited opening.
